Meet Our Team

What an enchanted life this could be if ALL our dreams came true. It was Walt Disney who said, "If you can Dream it, you can Do it," and all of us at Women with DreamsTM feel the same way.
Have you lost sight of your dreams? Maybe you find yourself working for someone else's dreams instead of your own.
Well here at Women with DreamsTM, you build YOUR Dreams! That's our mission: To Empower Others to Live Their Dreams and be Financially Free. We give you a proven roadmap for success.
It was 26 years ago that I realized working for someone else might not be the answer for everything I wanted out of life. I always had the feeling that I should be calling the shots in my life-not someone else. Do you feel the same way?
My name is Debbie Wysocki. I'm a 47 year old mom with two wonderful children-Trent who is 10 and Amanda who is 7. I'm married to Mark, a Commercial Real Estate attorney in Fort Lauderdale.

Having the freedom to 'call the shots'-live my life by my design is wonderful. I learned very early in life that everything had a cost-in other words-pay now or pay later.

By the age of 23 I was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of The Times Mirror Company. When I looked around on the 'Executive Floor,' all the other women were 55 or older-what a wake up call. I decided to go back to school and finish my degree. I became I financial analyst and worked in Beverly Hills for almost 11 years-but 12-14 hour days 6-7 days a week can take a toll on a person's body-and after 10 years, I found myself a very new bride, getting ready to move from California to Florida, and VERY, VERY, sick. The diagnosis was Fibromyalgia-I was disabled to the point of no longer being able to work.

My husband and I moved to Fort Lauderdale beach and I worked on becoming well using both traditional and alternative medicine.

It was after 15 months of merry go round of treatments that I was introduced to some great products that gave me quite remarkable results-that's when I took a look at the business side of this industry. And, in a very short time, I was able to replace that Beverly Hills income while working from home and ishortly thereafter we started our family.
What a journey! It's because of our business that my family has been able to travel the world. It is wonderful to share the beautiful places we travel to with our children, Trent and Amanda.
Because of this business, I have time freedom to wake up when I'm rested, be the room mom for the kids at Calvary Christian Academy and have more balance in my life. Two of my office companions are a Rottweiler named Princess and a Terrier named Belle. My commute is about 60 feet where my office overlooks our beautiful pool and patio and is a short walk to the beach.
Living this life is only possible because of Residual Income. That translates into Teamwork and Time Leveraging. You can be part of the Women with DreamsTM Team and build a lifestyle for you. We have designed a system that will enable you to stay home and make the income of your dreams--the income you deserve.
I absolutely love being able to assist others in creating that same freedom, and for many finding improved health with the products from our Strategic Business Partner.
You can create what you want for you and those you care about. What do you want to create in your life? Really think about that question. Your Dream is only a Decision away! Whether it's better relationships and strong family ties, continued personal growth, the money we deserve, work we can feel good about, fulfilling spirituality, enduring friendships, and, of course, the good health to enjoy it all. My advice: Decide Today to connect with your mentor. It will be a life changing decision for you leading to a life you design. I want to welcome you to the Women With Dreams™ family. Where we love bringing like minded individuals together.

It is my pleasure to assist people to realize their responsibility when it comes to their well-being and provide choices when either their health or their finances are compromised. As a licensed health care provider in the State of Florida with an emphasis on alternative, complementary care, and with my own Women with Dreams business I am so grateful to have the opportunity to do both these things on a daily basis..

I have been on this path for 30 years since the first of several personal experiences with life-threatening diseases. When I stay focused and keep my path narrow, I do well; when I deviate from this path, I struggle. I cannot emphasize enough the need for each of us to define our paths in all areas - spiritual, physical, emotional and financial.

My name is Barb Addison, and it is so important to my happiness in life to be in charge of my time. After undergoing extensive surgery and chemotherapy for ovarian cancer in 2003, the need to have more time to take care of myself and enjoy my family became of paramount importance. I love and need to work, but I relish the freedom to do so on my own schedule. You will be surprised at how much more you can accomplish when you can choose your work hours. No one else can know as well as you when you can be most productive. No one else can value your time the way you do.

I have also come to realize how important it is to dream - to be clear in my own mind on what I want to attain - and to daily do the things that will propel me to reaching my dreams - not just sometimes but all the time! When I first talked to Debbie, the founder of Women with Dreams and saw her success and that of the other members I joined this team immediately. Now I have the best products and tools to reach others who are just like me and want to have improved health, freedom of time and financial security.

Women with Dreams provides me with hundreds of years of combined experience and support to keep me on track. Perhaps it will be the path to your dreams just like it has been for me. Whatever the reason you have landed on this page today, it is the right reason because nothing is happening here by chance. Everyone has their own reason for being here today - whether it's to pay off debt, have more family time, help your favorite charities, gain freedom to do whatever you please or to live a better life, the reasons for being here are different but the successful outcome of reaching our dreams is what we have in common.

I look forward to meeting you on the Women with Dreams team.

Barb Addison

I was introduced to the concept of owning your own home-based business in December 1988. At the time, I was enrolled in a one year Master's program. I certainly wasn't the person you'd think would be interested in a business or anything else for that matter! I was working 70 to 80 hours a week and had no time freedom.

Then someone shared this extraordinary concept with me about the possibility of building a business. I thank God that he took the time to show me the unique opportunity that completely changed my life.

My husband, Herb, and I had two great jobs. I never questioned that we would work. Herb and I met in college, graduated and began two careers that would prove to be both lucrative and well-respected. No one would have ever dreamed that there was any hint of dissatisfaction, but deep down inside of me, I knew I didn't want to work for someone the rest of my life. I just didn't know the answer until someone showed me a different path and opened my mind to the possibility of change and creating a lifestyle that provided so many blessings.

When I saw this opportunity that offered both unlimited income and the time freedom to enjoy it, I had to have it-and nothing was going to get in my way of becoming tremendously successful! I had other things that were motivating me, but the primary one was ‘the freedom to be able to do what I wanted-when I wanted-with who I wanted-as much as I wanted and not have to worry about money!

That's what the kind of lifestyle that is available when you join with our team and our strategic business partner.

So I began building my business on a very part-time basis around a very busy schedule and went on to build a very successful business generating an income that I never dreamed possible.

I attribute this great success story to becoming a great student, taking massive action, and being laser focused.

I knew, that I knew, that I knew I would be HUGELY successful and no one was going to steal my dreams.

I had no business background, no industry background, but what I did have was someone who coached me on how to be a champion in this industry. I found a mentor and a coach and became the best student ever.

Women with Dreams provides you that same mentoring and a system to lead you to success-when you make the decision to create change.

My name is Kathy McGurn. I am 64 years old and married 29 years to David, who is also my best friend. I have three fantastic adult children-Debbie, Pam, and Richard; and two wonderful sons-in-law-Mark and Darrell. Three is a great number because I also have three very smart, energetic, and loving grandchildren-Trent 10, Amanda 7 and Laine 4. They definitely keep me young and on my toes.

16 years ago my life changed dramatically. I had foot surgery that left me in incredible pain and could not walk flat footed. I walked with a cane in my left hand and on the ball of my right foot. The medical solution was to cut the nerve in my foot so I would feel nothing. That was not a choice I chose to make.

The following year I had my first stroke that took out my left arm, hand and damage to left leg. Being left handed, needless to say I was not thrilled about my life as it was. Due to great Occupational and Physical Therapists that came to my home, I learned how to be right handed, use a quad cane and to function in life even though I was now walking on the ball of my right foot and dragging my left one. David helped feed me and dress me, and with lots of love and support from my family and friends, I was on the road to recovery and a new life. By attending a stroke support group, I was able to get very grateful for the life I had. Two years later we moved to Las Vegas. David started a new career and I had another stroke that damaged the area in my brain that controls my balance. More therapy and the addition of a wheelchair-still grateful-it could have been a lot worse.

My daughter Debbie gave David the gift of health (that means products from the company that Women with Dreams partners with) for Christmas that year because of his health challenges. It didn't take me long to want to try them too after seeing the significant improvement in him. I was amazed that I started feeling better so soon.

While focusing on improving my health, I have gone from wheelchair, to walker, to quad cane, to a regular cane-and now am completely free.

Our friends were amazed by the change in us. We shared with them what we were doing and they wanted to experience the same health improvements-who doesn't want to feel and look better…right? Out of that, our business of helping people feel and be healthier was born and through the years, has expanded to helping those that also wanted to build a business.

Remember when we were small children and dreams were a natural part of our everyday lives. I remember playing the "name it and claim it" game with my siblings. We would see a big fancy home or car and say "that's mine." We believed within our hearts at the time, it really could be. My parent's never told us otherwise, so we dreamed that it was. I can remember dreaming all the time; once I was a powerful judge, a famous singer and always rich and helping others. What happened?

I guess life happened! I fell into society's thinking; dreams are just that dreams-they don't provide shelter, clothing or food. So, I allowed my dreams to fade and I adopted the mindset of mainstream society. I graduated college, got married, had kids and started a career. These are all notable accolades, but they were not completely what I had aspired to become. Yes, I wanted to be married, have children and be a successful business women, but I didn't want it at the price I paid; working up to 75 hours a week and only being paid for 40, having someone else raise my children and missing those precious growing years, being paid what the job was worth, not what I was worth. What a high price to pay for a career that didn't provide the security I had hoped. This wasn't the life I dreamed or hoped for. After dedicating over 20 years to public service and over 4 years to my previous employer, I found myself laid-off and in the unemployment line.

Can you believe that? What a bummer!

Well, I am an optimist at heart and learned years ago, that when one door closes that's your sign another is soon to open. I also had a strong belief that I was never alone during this period and within me there was a powerful and loving spirit that could do anything if I would only believe it. It was at this very moment that the door to Women with Dreams opened to me. I am thankful for the trials and test in my life; they have only made me stronger and more persistent in pursuing my goals and dreams. I know my WHY in life is to serve, educate and empower others. Women with Dreams gave me the roadmap to achieving this and were the bridge that crossed me over that abyss of change.

Debbie Wysocki, my mentor and Women with Dreams founder, reminded me of a very fundamental principle…if you want something you've never had before, then you are going to have to do something you've never done before. I needed to take a leap of faith and truly believe in myself to achieve what I knew was deep within me to accomplish. I joined the mighty Women with Dreams team and I am on the road to truly fulfilling my dreams.

Now, I DREAM BIG because I surely know small dreams have no magic!

Do you have passion for life and believe anything you can DREAM, you can achieve? That's how I was raised; and, with the work ethics that if you work hard, good things will always come.

Welcome to your new adventure! My name is Crystal Chavez, I am a full time college student studying in the field of Naturopathy with an emphasis in herbalism. My story starts when I was taking 17 credit hours (not including lab time) at Northern Arizona University majoring in microbiology and also working about 32-40 hours a week at a community health center. My technical title was credentialing specialist in the billing department. However, my work branched out to many different areas within the clinic. Talk about not having a lot of extra time to even do homework. Looking back at it, I'm not even sure how I managed to juggle all my responsibilities.

Half way through that adventure, I moved to Seattle to be with my fiancé, Zac, who is in the Navy. Location was not the only change, after my hard work with microbiology; I decided to change my major to Naturopathy. I had a new home, a new life, and was left looking for another job especially because I didn't have the scholarships that I did before. During the first few months of my move, I decided to get my certification in medical billing and medical coding. I figured that would give me the upper hand in trying to negotiate hours with my new job. The worthwhile jobs meant having to commute four hours a day to Downtown Seattle via ferry; it was killer trying to find a job willing to work with my school hours and conducive to getting home in time for dinner. That's when I decided that it was time to look for something revolutionary in the sense of work. Who wants to be a dancing monkey their entire career life?

While researching job opportunities on the net, I found that the concept of a home based business would solve all my problems. I could work at home, have time to study, and still have time to simply enjoy life's little treasures. I researched a few possibilities but they only seemed interested in getting money from me, and not really having a relatable company mission. Finally I found Women With Dreams! The website seemed honest and the company offered much more than other companies in this industry. They were also interested in helping women become successful in all areas of their life. Being a community volunteer, I feel a certain kinship to organizations who love to help and give back to their communities.

You're at this website now because something has you interested in the exciting new concept of building a business of your own. When you join our team, you will have the resources you need to be able to achieve every goal you thought too far from your grasp. I commend you in your interest of looking outside of the box and welcoming this extraordinary business concept to your life. I often tell people that the hardest part of this business is convincing people that our system isn't too good to be true because it is so fool-proofed. Congratulations, you now have the ability to change your life and do all the things you ever only dreamt of doing. Good luck!
