By accepting the terms of this agreement, I agree to represent Women with Dreams and/or Residual Money Secrets and Isagenix in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.

ALL presentations, training material, and documents contained in the members area and front-end websites are copyrighted.

No part of the members area or website may be copied, including photos and/or language except for the express purpose of promoting Women with Dreams/ Residual Money Secrets without the express permission of the owner of Women with Dreams/Residual Money Secrets.

Becoming a member of the Women with Dreams and/or Residual Money Secrets team provides you with the following tools:

1. Website with complete with members area (back office) that includes the auto responder Residual Money Secrets

2. A copy of the copyrighted Women with Dreams/Residual Money Secret A-Z presentation.

I agree to keep the presentation intact. Slides 2, 3, 4, 5, and 21 may be changed and customized with your WHY and your pictures. I agree to use this presentation for the express purpose of promoting Women with Dreams and or Residual Money Secrets in conjunction with my Isagenix business.

No part of this copyrighted presentation may be copied (photos or language in the script) for any other presentation or company without the express written permission of the owner of Women with Dreams/Residual Money Secrets.

3. Optional participation in the Lead Generation Program

Women with Dreams/Residual Money Secrets provides members the opportunity to participate in a Lead Co-Op. Any purchase of leads is non-refundable.

Upon the purchase of leads through the co-op, you agree to the specific terms outlined at the purchase site.

Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate termination of your Women with Dreams/Residual Money Secrets website and membership. Any copyright infringement will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Governing Law. The terms, covenants and conditions hereof shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Florida.

Dispute Resolution. In the event a dispute under or relating to this Agreement cannot be settled by mutual consultation between the parties, both parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court sitting in Broward County, Florida for the resolution of any such dispute and the courts located in Broward County, Florida shall be the sole jurisdiction and venue for any dispute between the parties. The prevailing party in any litigation filed with any such court, including appeals from such court, shall be entitled to an award of costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Equitable Remedies. You hereby acknowledge and agree that, in the event of any breach of this Agreement by you, whereby the owner of Women with Dreams/ Residual Money suffers an irreparable injury such that no remedy of law will afford the disclosing party adequate protection against, or appropriate compensation for, such injury. Accordingly, you hereby agree that the damaged party shall be entitled to specific performance by you per the terms of this Agreement, as well as such further injunctive relief as may be granted by a court of competent jurisdiction.
